Mikael’s used to be a staple of Sandy Springs. Always high end cars rolling through the line. Always did a great job. Went for the first time in a while on Saturday. Barely anyone there on a beautiful sunny day. Just got the exterior done so they have you stay in the car and maneuver through the tunnel. I am sitting there watching them miss spots. Not busy at all and that had me pumped. Employees are polite and professional. Paid $70.00 for a complete wash including special interior lotion application. Driver door was done great all other doors were not. Driver and passenger mats still have dirt and I have the pictures. Several areas on dash no wiped down. Unfortunately won’t be back based on price and lack of attention to detail. If it was a very busy day I’d be happy to let it roll but unfortunately not the case.
$$$26 for an automatic wash and wanted to charge $20 for the inside cleaning . Never again!
