Dr. Caltaru not only got to the root of my condition but she made sure I was treated well and she saw me not only improve but thrive!!!! Still stable 16 years and counting!
Dr. Caltaru has been my neurologists for close to 4 years. She truly cares about her patients, she always takes time w/ me and we speak about forward progress. ??

Dr Caltaru is fab.. Those haters on Michelle are just wrong she goes above and beyond she tolerates no disrespectful patients. If you’re making a comment you must seriously have a mental disorder. For many years people complained about her other receptionist I’m sure you’re the same one complaining about her to.. You ladies Rock!!!!!!
First of all I Love Dr. Caltaru, She is amazing an has always taken really good care of me for the past 2 years. She is very patient and cares . With that being said her new front desk receptionist Michelle is rude over the phone and in person. I don't know if the Dr. is even aware of this.She slams the front window in your face when you are standing in front of her and makes rude comments on the phone. If i did not Love Dr. Caltaru i would look else where .
Dr. Calgary herself is wonderful. However, the front desk service, notably their associate Michele, is horrendous. I waited over a month for an important MRI scan that Michelle failed to process correctly. She had a list of excuses for why, and even blamed me. She’s incredibly rude and disorganized, which especially concerning when patients’ health are stake.
Daniela first of all I want to say thank you for taking me on as a patient. My life has been very complicated for the past year I have lost those closest to me and I have had to re schedule so many appts and as full as her appointment schedule is.,she has managed to see me every time I had to change my appointment due to personal family emergencies.Daniela also has taken the time to sit down and hear me out with my injuries as well as my personal issues. Sent to ER by spine specialist and was also told by a neurologist that I needed surgery. I could hardly move my hands, was in pain. Had pain in shoulder, numbness and weakness in wrist, ring finger and pinky, with neck pain. Was prepped for surgery, it was cancelled at the last minute. Dr. Caltaru told me I had arthritis. She was condescending, placating. With a pat on the leg, a smile, told me "not to use my hands so much.". As a successful artist, one can imagine how I felt. She then left.
