Mikael is a very skilled massage therapist! And just a lovely person. He works in conjunction with Dr. Ford to give an incredibly individualized and therapeutic massage. I see him regularly and cannot recommend him enough!
Mikael at MP Bodyworks has been instrumental in my recovery and rehab from various injuries. I have been coming to Michael for the last several months now and he has definitely been the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. He doesn't just do general full body massages that you can get anywhere. He identifies your main issues and works through it directly or by massaging the surrounding tissue. He is great at adjusting his pressure and helping me breathe through tough knots since I am sensitive to massage. I started seeing Mikael about nine months ago to get help with a stubborn shoulder injury. I’ve noticed significant improvement and continue to visit as part of my regular routine to take care of myself. He’s knowledgeable, talented, and is great at communicating what he’s doing and why.
