I paid for a service expecting professionalism and quality, but when I had concerns about the results, I wasn’t treated like a valued customer. The customer service and environment is excellent. The store is well-maintained and clean, making a really great impression on me. The environment is relatively quiet. First time getting my lashes done here and I’m really happy with how they turned out! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My lash tech listened to what I wanted and nailed the look! natural but still full and pretty. The whole process was easy and relaxing, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be coming back!
