Horrible customer service. Booked an appointment for my fiancé for our WEDDING day. The lady picked a day. He booked time off work and we got a babysitter for our son. He waited at Tim Hortons for 3 hours prior to the appointment (he doesn’t drive so I dropped him before I went to work). When he messaged at 450pm (appointment was supposed to be at 5pm) she told him tomorrow not today. After I confirmed the appointment TWICE in a text. Good place
10/10 experience this store is very clean and has a nice concept to it. The store owner/ lead tech was amazing with my dreads. She took her time, very professional, accommodating and paid close attention to what I wanted done to my hair. Definitely. I especially want to compliment the customer service, 10/10 I recommend for braiding, dreads and any other hair care needs
