They have nice pieces of furniture but they don't really welcome people who are not Chinese since everything is ONLY written in Chinese...in Vancouver, Canada. I later asked for the necessary info from a customer rep, they said they would send it over by email but they never did...

I called MiiX to see if they had a bed frame I liked in stock, and they were super helpful and easy to talk to. The purchase process was really smooth, and delivery was quick. The delivery team was so professional and friendly — they brought everything in carefully and made sure it was all set up right.
