Worse sofa i ever bought in my life. This shop is a scam. Cheap material, cheap quality. Everything here looks great but i regret buying my furniture from here. My sofa is not even 2 months old and the cushions are already completely worn out, saggy, and uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic quality and durability, but it looks and feels like I’ve had it for years. Not a customer but one of there driver decide to block the whole street while out of the car for an hour causing so much noise and disruption in the morning. Driver doesn’t even feel sorry or have any remorse when confronted by multiple neighbors. I hope higher managements can do something about this incident because this is totally unacceptable for the people living near by.
They have nice pieces of furniture but they don't really welcome people who are not Chinese since everything is ONLY written in Chinese...in Vancouver, Canada. I later asked for the necessary info from a customer rep, they said they would send it over by email but they never did...
Furniture is good, sales Heather is kind! Will come again.
