I have very good experience at this gem. Great support, Highly Experienced staff. Relaxing women Atmosphere.
Love this place. There's no judgement and the staff are so helpful. John the owner really knows his stuff...and gives excellent weight loss and nutrition advice. Love the circuit and equipment.
Very Bad experience when I decided to stop the membership. I spoke to the new owner Heidi on the phone and via text, she acknowledged my request, but never put in action. After three months, I called ad she finally told me i need to email or put in a form to stop the membership. She could simply remind me when I raised my request, but according to her words, it's a business to run. So she can pretend I never said anything And kept charging me money. Please be careful whdn you sign up. I would not recommend this gym.
