Amazing hotel - it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredible. There is so much to do and all of the services and amenities are top notch.
Beautiful well maintained busy bustling store stopped there on my way back up on i-17 this is my second stop there really like it.
I stayed at the Enchantment across the street but stopped over for a massage at the spa. It was incredible. I had the best massage of my life with Jared, he was so knowledgeable and helped with my back pain. Super friendly and all around wonderful service.
AVOID. Despite strong reviews by others, I had a bad experience. Other than Bruce (who is great), the other service providers were sleep walking (or actually sleeping) through my sessions. Plus the spa staff checks out as early as they can, despite being told to stay open til 11pm when they have late treatments going on -- resulting in cold saunas and an air of resentment, not to mention a broken steam room. The cost of the visit was outrageous (something like $14,000 for two of us for four nights including the C- body work)... read more
