Shabby dermatologist office, the doctor was on a computer screen working from home while I'm at his office. How does a dermatologist work from home? Did not feel professional, and the front desk was very pushy with rescheduling.
One appointment I waited 3.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen, was never given a warning or anything they were running this far behind. Then I had a virtual appointment, and the doctor forgot and never called me, had to call 2 separate times afterward to finally get another virtual appointment because the first time I called they said they would call me back after talking to their manager and never did. My daughter was supposed to be seen one week after an ER visit. They were able to get us in at exactly one week. The day before the appointment they canceled and weren't able to reschedule for another 2 weeks (making it 3 weeks post ER). I asked to be put on a cancelation list, but they never called for an earlier appointment. The day before her rescheduled appointment, they canceled again. Worse place i have ever been. They lost my new patient paperwork, sat in the exam room for over an hr. Dr didn't care about the issue I came in for, but for something else entirely.
If anyone that has hyperhidrosis dont go here for help. You can get the same medication they recommend from your primary doctor. It will be cheaper! I thought going here because, I thought they would do more then my primary. I pay $98 just to get through the door. To tell me nothing that my primary already can do. I am livid over this.
