Absolutely horrible customer service. The office manager was SO rude for no reason when answering the phone and requesting records. Her response “thanks for not answering my question” well THANK YOU for being so rude.
Front desk lady is extremely rude and condescending.
This man and his staff is top notch. I'm 54 and have had many horrific experiences with dentists as a child. My teeth were rotting out, falling out, braces when I was a kid twice, work that didn't need to be done. This man is gentle, he talks you through things when he knows your anxious like me and because of him and the oral surgeon who yanked all my top ones, I have a smile I can be proud of!
