I called Miguel's on the advice of Big O because I thought I was having transmission problems. Miguel said he doesn't work on my type of car, but talked to me for about ten minutes anyway, asking what the symptoms were. He said he was pretty sure it was just the spark plugs. So I took it to another shop and got the spark plugs replaced. Totally fixed it. Miguel diagnosed the problem and really helped me out, even though he didn't make a cent from the interaction. Really good guy!
Miguel is Amazing!! He is honest, straight with you! An excellent job done always!
I went in thinking my transmission might be dying. Miguel rode with me, had me recreate the problem, and then laughed telling me that it was 100% a spark plug issue. Apparently EcoBoost owners show up with this exact scare all the time. He had every opportunity to make money off my anxiety but instead saved me from chasing the wrong repair. He wouldn't even accept money for his time & expertise. I trust this guy to hold my wallet in Vegas.
Found Miguel based on good reviews and they were right. Straight forward, easy to work with, and he was already well-versed in my vehicle and the type of preventative maintenance i was looking for. I wouldnt take any of my cars anywhere else for transmission work after my experience with Miguel.
Miguels is the most reliable shop around!! He does great work and has great communication throughout the whole process. He literally saved me thousands. My truck feels amazing. Highly recommend
