My Suburban broke down at 5:40 pm. We had it towed to Miguel’s. It was fixed by 9:00am the next morning. Even though he was booked, he helped us out immensely. The other mechanic quoted us $1000.00. Miguel got it done for a fraction of that. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. So honest and helpful.

No-show for a tow. We were stranded on the side of the road and our insurance contacted Miguel's. ETA was 75-100 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly 3 hrs without any communication or contact by Miguel's. No texts, no calls, they wouldn't answer or texts or calls, and our insurance couldn't reach them either. Insurance ended up canceling them and assigning a new tow after 3 hrs. Absolutely unprofessional in every way. They should never accept a tow they can't get to, especially with a family stranded.

Miguel did a fantastic job replacing a TCM in our car. Miguel will give you an honest eval of what it will take and then will get you in to the garage as soon as possible. Fixed car sooner than initially thought. Would recommend to anyone.

It took about a month to get in, he has a lot of business (which I believe is a good sign.) I texted pictures to Miguel of what my mechanic said is a transmission fluid leak. Miguel said he doesn’t think so, he wants to look at it because he thought the leak may be coming from above. When I came into the shop he listen to my concerns and told me he would call in a few hours. An hour later he called to let me know that my rear main engine seal had a leak, not my transmission. Hands down the best transmission shop in town! We brought our Ram 2500 into Miguel’s Transmission after it started throwing some error codes. From the very beginning, Miguel was down-to-earth, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything goes through him directly, and you can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work.
