Miguel’s Mex Tex Cafe is dangerous because I came in thinking I was just getting lunch and left wondering if I could legally marry a chicken fajita quesadilla. The chicken fajita quesadilla was absolutely ELITE. Crispy, cheesy, loaded with delicious chicken and fajita flavor—basically a five-star experience folded in half. I have finally found a few things I like at Miguel's. If you like olives, ask for the wow sauce when they bring you the chips, hot sauce, and free queso...you won't be disappointed because it's oh so good!!!
