Miguel is amazing at the work he does. He is very professional & understanding. I will take all of my cars to him in the future.
Unprofessional! Rude and inconsiderate - not only did he try to insult me because I would not pay ridiculously inflated quotes. He kept trying to threaten me with storage fees, taking my car to the impound lot or saying he will not release my car to the tow truck driver. He literally said send payment and cut the line on me - please note payment was not late, communication has been clear and timely. Miguel's is my go-to shop for all my car issues. He's reliable, honest, and transparent, and he and his team have always been kind. They go above and beyond whenever they can. There have been several times where any other mechanic would've lied to me about my car to scam me out of money but Miguel was clear and honest. If he could not do a job, he would say so and refer me to someone who could. Very Disrespectful. I wish him the best though. He may be a good mechanic but lacks communication skills. I almost lost my cool over a situation that could have been prevented due to a lack of communication, but I'm better than him in that category. I needed help with my temper at one point of my life and I pray he gets help before he meet someone not as forgiving as me.
