Miguel took 60 dollars cash from me for a repair of damage caused by Hurricane Sandy. The job was going to cost 200 dollars, after he asked for $ 1000.00. He wouldn't return my phone calls, and when he did he screamed that he didn't want to do the work because it was too cold and he wouldn't be sending my money back. Hung up twice. I wouldn't recommend him to say the least.
