Updating to 5 Stars after the 2nd appt. — I’m leaving my original 3 star review comments because they are important for context. However I’m circling back to say that accountability goes a long ways and can produce a positive outcome! I had a much better experience today, and the nurse even let me know how sorry she was about my first experience and you could tell she truly meant it! I got an appointment the first day along with an X-ray and CT, follow up the next day. Dr. Pelton is knowledgeable and personable, he really listened to me. Everyone was kind and caring, 10 stars to all. Thank you!
Broken Fibula- no surgery. The experience with booking and facility is nice. The receptionist and front desk staff were kind and empathic to me. I had a hard first appointment. I’m giving a 3 out of 5 stars because the assistants/nurses need to be more aware of what they are saying and the fact you can hear everything they are discussing. They should also be more gentle, dealing with people’s broken bones I had to set my broken leg down on a cold dirty metal step stool. They did not seem prepared for my injury at all.
