All I want to do is try to take care of myself and these people are making it absolutely impossible. First, they required a referral from my PCP. NBD, I get it, but of course I had to do the leg work to get that. Michelle promised they would call when they got the referral. Of course they didn't call; I had to call them today and wait on hold for 11 minutes. That referral my PCP sent? Turns out that's not enough. Their internal referral team needs another 10-14 days to review it at which point they will allegedly really call... read more
