I’m adding to my review because I’ve recently seen several negative reviews from patients who were unhappy with Dr. Luna’s bedside manner during their initial consultations, and I feel strongly that prospective patients deserve some perspective. When I first met Dr. Luna I was severely anemic, in constant pain, terrified of surgery, and an absolute emotional wreck. The consult felt quick and matter-of-fact. I can understand why some women (and their family members) felt he wasn’t warm or “nice” enough. But Dr. Luna is not a ... read more
I found Dr. Luna in a crucial time of need. I had been experiencing intense pain effecting my life for years. Earlier this year, enough was enough. Dr. Luna confirmed I had endometriosis and adenomyosis in the first visit, and we booked my surgery for a few weeks later. I am now almost 2 months post op, on my second cycle, and I have yet to experience the pain I felt for so long. My body finally is starting to feel like my own again. If you believe you have this life infiltrating disease, do something about it. Dr. Luna is o... read more

Adenomyosis and endometriosis are already such difficult diseases to live with, the least you’d expect by a “specialist” is compassion and to take a g... read more
I saw Dr. Luna Russo this week for a consultation on my endometriosis and adenomyosis, including surgical options, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. He was dismissive and condescending throughout, and became argumentative when I tried to ask questions and advocate for my own care. I left in tears. What stood out most was how quickly his demeanor changed the moment his PA entered the room at the end of the consult, he suddenly appeared engaged and acted like a different person entirely. It was clear the respect he... read more
After suffering with severe pain for 12 years and seeing four different doctors, I can honestly say that Dr. Luna Russo changed my life. He was the first physician who truly listened to me, took my symptoms seriously, and ordered the right tests to finally diagnose what had been causing my pain for so many years. Previous doctors either brushed off my concerns, suggested exploratory surgery without doing the proper diagnostic work, or ordered tests that never identified the actual problem. Dr. Luna Russo was incredibly thoro... read more
