I am a new resident to the Santa Ynez area, splitting my time between here and Los Angeles. As my firm is currently in open enrollment, I wanted to update my primary care provider to someone local and a neighbor recommended Dr. Loya. I called the office this morning, explained that I’m new to the area, in open enrollment, and wanted to check if Dr. Loya accepts my insurance plans. Dr. Miguel A Loya DO is a five star physician. He is warm, friendly, understanding and available. His manner is respectful and he Is a good listener. He never appears to be in a hurry. He is knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. I trust Dr. Loya and highly recommend him.
Saw my wife today at Samsung Country Clinic. He was professional and made her feel comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. Took the time to listen to her and ask her the right questions.
