Wonderful office staff and nurses as well as Dr. Castellanos.
PATIENT SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.EVERYTIME I CALL THE OFFICE I HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.CALLING MY PRIMARY DR FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING TO GET A REFERRELL TO ANOTHER CARDIOLIGIST.IM DONE.JUST KNOW IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW NEEDS A CARDIOLIGIST REMEMBER NOT TO LET THEM GIVE YOU THIS ONE.IM STILL MAD AT MYSELF FOR ALLOWING IT TO GO ON ALL THIS TIME.
Starting at the check-in and thru out the hospital to the ex ray area, everyone was so helpful, nice and polite and very respectful.
