I'm very happy with the training I've been receiving from Miguel. It had been a long time since I was in a gym, and I was feeling intimidated about getting started. I figured the best thing to do was to find a trainer to teach me the right exercises and the correct form to avoid injury. Miguel is a great trainer with a lot of knowledge and patience. I've been coming to Muscle Method for almost three months and I can definitely see and feel a difference in my overall health and strength.

Miguel is a phenomenal personal trainer/ instructor. I was apprehensive about going to a strength training class since I typically do low impact exercises. But Miguel helped me modify the exercises to suit my needs and feel like I still had an engaging workout. I will definitely return for more class and recommended anyone to try his services out.
