Dr Bryce and staff were AMAZING. Only one person was under par. Didn't have a bedside manner. I don't remember his name but it wasn't Bob. Bob was amazing. I will pay better attention at my next appointment. Dr Bryce makes up for the one employee that was unfriendly and made me feel like I was a burden.
What's with this practice???? Nobody answers the phone! Phone just rings and rings and rings, then they hang up. No way! Just trying to make an appointment, I'll find someone else.
I was battling episodes of PSVT at a young age. I came to see Dr. Bryce about my condition. He looked at all my documented episodes and knew exactly where the problem was coming from He scheduled a heart ablation in December of 2014. I went in and felt very comfortable he would cure the situation. He found the cause which he suspected already completed 1 burn and i have never had PSVT again. Thorough, caring and easy to talk with.
Dr. Bryce is without a doubt the absolute best doctor I have had in my 66 years of medical care. He is professional, caring, highly skilled, and has one the best bedside manners I have ever encountered. And his office staff is top notch and very friendly. And that also reflects on Dr. Bryce. I actually look forward to my appointments with him and I usually HATE going to the doctor.
