Irresponsible. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the roadside assistance service I received last night 3/17/25. At 8:14 PM, I requested assistance for a tire change while parked off I-80 at the top of Parleys Canyon in a dark parking lot. As an older individual, I was unable to manage the heavy tire replacement myself. The scheduled service time of 9:43 PM came and went without any contact or service. Really professional in he's work he did an Awesome job repairing my 2022 Ford Bronco it look better than new :)
NEVER use them for towing. After waiting over an hour, they canceled and we had to get another company and wait again.
