Was told the driver was going to be here in 15 minutes; 45 minutes later he finally showed up. Please do not lie to your customers.
He was supposed to pick up my vehicle through road side assistance. Waited for 90 minutes, wouldn’t answer my calls, wouldn’t answer the calls from road side assistance. Wouldn’t recommend
The gentleman named German came out as my roadside support. I thought we needed a jump start, it turned out to be a loose wire on the starter. They saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. Will definitely use them again! Thank you guys so much!

Irresponsible. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the roadside assistance service I received last night 3/17/25. At 8:14 PM, I requested assistance for a tire change while parked off I-80 at the top of Parleys Canyon in a dark parking lot. As an older individual, I was unable to manage the heavy tire replacement myself. The scheduled service time of 9:43 PM came and went without any contact or service.
