Was told the driver was going to be here in 15 minutes; 45 minutes later he finally showed up. Please do not lie to your customers. Response to owner’s response: This was the same phone number as the tow company that I called and talked to. Also this happened 6 months ago, and you’re responding to it now? Was told tow operator would be at my location by 846pm I kept getting b.s delay after delay after delay. So I called another company got a faster eta than this unreliable pitiful excuse of a company idk why anyone would ever use this company for towing if their this unreliable for towing I wouldn’t want them to touch your vehicle for any reason at all. Tow operator ignored all 8 of my calls. What a peach of a company. Id say worse things but this review is the most polite thing I could say about this joke of a company.
I didn’t know if you guys before I brought my car to them. They took care of me like family. These are the real car doctors. Roberto is my favorite mechanic. These guys are the very best in Utah in my opinion. I don’t even know these guys like that, I wish I could give you guys more much love you so much Miguel auto repair
