I had an appointment to establish care and I was greatly disappointed when I arrived to a closed and empty medical office. I called multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. I spent 45 minutes walking around trying to gain assistance. I was looking forward to meeting with a doctor who shared a cultural background with me. I ended up leaving a voicemail and never heard back, despite their voicemail message stating they typically respond to you within 24 hours. This customer service unacceptable!
