Dr Vega has a beautiful bedside manner. He delivered a baby for our family. We hadn’t previously met him. He walked in with a warm, caring smile, and the kindest words. He was calm and thoroughly answered every question the mother asked with great care and explanation. When his responsibilities were done, he took the extra time to step to the mother’s bedside and congratulate her straight from his heart and soul. You could feel his joy and senserity.
I like Dr. Vega he was super nice during my appointment. My issue is the Office. There is no point in calling NO ONE answers the phone😤 You have a better chance at breaking into Fort Knox than getting someone to answer. I’ve been trying to make an appointment since last week and I call and leave message’s multiple times a day. I haven’t received one call back. I even left messages in the portal and nothing. This needs to change it’s very unprofessional
