We had to cancel our storage unit here, and go elsewhere. It is impossible to navigate through the construction -with pickup trucks parked everywhere, huge mud holes that your vehicle sinks into, mud covered our car and shoes, it just wasn't worth it. And now they won't give us a refund. They bill by the week, you pay monthly...and we have almost 3 weeks left out of the month, and they won't refund it! There are lots of other storage places that don't have this problem.
