I hired Mr. Mignott for a straightforward uncontested divorce, but my experience turned into a nightmare of delays, exploitation, and abusive billing. He took claims from a third party he said was with the CT courts, as an opportunity to make money, used scare statics and issued a new $3,000 retainer after completing unnecessary research prior to my consent or knowledge.
