Caring doctor. Takes the time to know your needs.
I've be seeing Dr. Willkom for many years and I highly reccomend her . Yes it's true that you often have to wait longer than your scheduled appointment time but that's because she spends quality time with each patient and that sometimes leads to longer waiting periods. When she gets to you you get her full attention. I've seen many doctors over the years and she is one of the best!
The wait time was really long and when she finally came into the exam room she was in a hurry because she had sooo many patients waiting. Her exam was cursory, she neglected to get a medical history, and forgot to mention basic information. I had asked about doing a small medical procedure when I made my appointment for my yearly exam and when I asked her about it, she entirely brushed me off as not having the time to do it EVEN THOUGH I HAD MADE MY APPOINTMENT WITH THAT INCLUDED!
