This company will sell you faulty pendants. There quality has dropped and their customer service has become nonexistent. Its such a shame, because they have made incredible pieces in the past. After many years of shopping here. I recently had a pendant randomly break in half. In person and online Mignon Faget offered to help publicly, while privately completely disrespecting me. So sad. All that fleur de lis money went to their heads. They left behind their loyal customers.
I will miss shopping at Mignon Faget. Their jewelry is so beautiful, but the quality has fallen so much. They will sell you jewelry that will break quickly, and then tell you your only option is it buy it again at full price. They did this to me and I've been a loyal customer for years. Their management/marketing team have no problem lying and deceiving their customers. even local loyal customers. SMH
