I have been a long time customer of this brand and spent a lot of money. Recently, I bought a pair of earrings and split in half. I went to the retail location to see if they could resolve it. ‘They told me what do you want to do’ just like that? Do you want to buy another pair? Because they may not just fix. Companies wonder why retail numbers are going down. This is just another example. God Bless and save your money. Don’t buy from this location.
Ok I typed out this whole thing twice to submit on the receipt survey and it said "Page Not Found" both times. So that was super frustrating on top of an already disappointing experience.
