The manager went above and beyond to instruct me on using the equipment.
I went by to wash my newly acquired truck and was attempting to purchase monthly plan for this second truck for same price as my previous truck. Manager comes over to inquire how I managed to get commercial pricing for first truck and told him that male working at pay station sold me the plan. Manager proceeded to interrogate for name and reason I was given special rate. I had been there over 20 minutes and their 20 questions routine got me upset and frustrated. Finally get a chance to wash my truck. Drive into town and guess what they were closed. They told me it was to windy!!! Thinking seriously of closing my account.
I work hard for what i have!!! Broken Valve Stem, Flat tire, Sctached Rim and Scratched Tire. The manager Isaiah did nothing to help me all he said was at this time there's nothing we can do to help and he left me stranded! SMFH this place always breaks down and now i see why!!!!
