I have been a customer of Mighty Wash #9 in Lubbock, and unfortunately the service and quality have gone downhill dramatically. One of the biggest issues is the drying area. The employees who wipe down the cars seem to want customers to move out of the wind tunnel before the vehicle is actually dry. That would be less of a problem if the drying job was done well, but it usually is not. I still find myself having to pull over afterward and finish drying my car myself.
