On 2/2/20 in Midland I paid $32 for a car wash that included hand dry and tires. The employees didn't completely dry my car and the tires didn't look any different. At 7:00pm they turned the vacuums off as we were using them. When you aren't suppose to close until 8:00pm, warning a customer is appropriate customer service. I paid full price for 1/2 the service.
At the Midland Location on the loop the employees are not friendly and are often using their breaks to go smoke weed in vehicles parked on the street behind the business.
I cancelled my membership for 2 vehicles in September at the 82nd/Milwaukee location and just noticed I have been charged $50 per month for 2 months. Been to physical location twice to resolve. No one can help me. Emailed through your “contact us” tab on website (2x). No response. Window scan NEVER WORKS so I always wait a long time for someone to let me in. so my toyota suffered damaged today when trying to wash my 4runner.. i have an active tag and the machine told me to pass when i tried too the gate came down on my hood--in reflex i tried to back up since it did not raise and left a scratch on my hood..i was never treated so terrible in all my like as i was there..initially told me it did not happen there, then after reviewing the video told me it was my fault.
RecommendedI have always come to the location on 19th in Lubbock when I’m in a pinch and need an interior clean. It’s not crazy thorough but I’m pleased for the level of interior clean for what I’m paying, as it’s much cheaper than other interior cleans I’ve paid for. This last time, they pointed out that the wash didn’t get all the bugs out, and they drove the car back through the wash for me! I’ve never had a bad experience here!
Regular price is $8.00 for a great car wash but on Wednesday apparently it’s half price because it was only $4.00 and my Truck looked great! They dry it at the end of the tunnel too... Take you vehicle there and get it shined up any day but if you want to save a little cash, go on Wednesday!
