Mighty Wash (MidlandTx) needs new management, car wash service is horrible not to mention it's over priced.
I have nothing but great service when I'm here!!! And Wednesdays are the best for $5 interior cleaning it's an excellent job!!!
I usually go to racer but since I was passing by I decided to try mighty wash.. There are still bugs on my car and GET THIS SOAP no one would talk to me I paid 16$ in going back to racer where they actually CLEAN MY CAR.
Honesty and good customer service goes a LONG ways with me! Took my car in for an oil change because it was "time". Manager comes in and shows me my oil dipstick... tells me its full and clean and that I really don't NEED one yet! Checked all my fluids, put air in my tires and gave me another sticker for 1000 more miles. THANK YOU for not giving me something I didn't need and making $40 TODAY. You've got my business from now on!!
I bought the monthly pass with hand dry I got the mighty wash I believe it's called it was the top one. I have been through about five times and the bugs are still on the front of my vehicle when I went through yesterday the vehicle came out dirtier then it went in not sure what happened but I did not have time to go back through the car wash is good as long as there aren't any bugs on the front of the truck my vehicle is black which shows spots more then other colors I'm sure.
Came by for a car wash today & your customer service was AMAZING!!! Dr. Mike Rice would be so proud of you guys!!!!
Midland Location.....Most expensive conventional oil change I have ever paid for. And not any faster. The car wash was sub par at best. My recommendation...STAY AWAY...unless you like paying over $60 for what you can get elsewhere for under $30. And the cheaper will even vacuum the front for NO CHARGE!
Thanks to Mighty Wash. After a great wash, the young man who was drying my car offered to run it through the wash again because it was not spotless for FREE! Appreciate the great service I always get at Mighty wash!
