I am a picky customer. I don’t do car washes!! Car washes never scrub the rims on my tires On a particular day I decided to wash my car I went in and a young man named Sammy made sure the rims were scrubbed, the top of my car was scrubbed as well. Made sure my car was dried He smiled His personality pops out with his respectful attitude (yes ma’am, no ma’am). I will continue to go there Thank you
Mighty Wash 18 is my go-to car wash. The manager and staff there are very kind and attentive. The service is very fast, and the workers work hard to provide customer satisfaction! I want to shout out one of the workers, named Sammy! He is phenomenal!
Girl with the blue hair gave me the worst attitude because my account was canceled. I had just gone to the Mighty Wash on Joe Harvey two days earlier and they told me my company truck had the unlimited wash.. the girl here treated me like I was trying to scam her or something. I didn’t even try to renew it or get a new account just because of how she doesn’t know how to treat customers, didn’t offer help or options either. I just told her to let me through so I could get out.
Mighty Wash 18 is the place to be especially when the Manager goes above and beyond to help each and every person, such a sweet young man. Sammy the manager provides great service and I recommend that all my friends and family go there because you can not find service like this anymore. I hope Corperate knows what a good team they have at Mighty Wash 18 in Hobbs NM Thank you all for your service.
