It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer, i had a membership I would go several times a week. Then their machine damaged my car, I made a claim thinking they would get my car fixed. Then never heard anything back. I’m frustrated and very upset on how this company handles issues from their customers.
Skylar and Zac are absolutely the best! Both of them went above and beyond to help me out today. Mighty Wash is s much better place because they work there. I highly recommend Mighty Wash to everyone!
