I was very disappointed with the wash I received. It was due to several factors that have drawn this rating. The attendants doing pre-soak pre-wash were careless in regards to the cleanliness of their scrub brushes. One of the attendants at the end of the wash drying the vehicles damn near ripped my mirror off my truck after she forcefully moved it back into the open position. I had an excellent experience with the car wash attendant. The attendant Brandon was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done with care. He took the time to explain the services available, ensured my car was thoroughly cleaned, and paid attention to detail, especially in the areas that often get overlooked.
