Out of the 3 people I came across one was smiling and seemed genuinely happy. He has a scrub brush and visibily tried getting bugs off my grill. The lady came across as getting me through the line as quickly as possible. She didn't not do anything except squirt my car with water. The young man drying off my car. Thank you for the time you put in drying it. Although not all the bugs came off the windshield for the most part, my car was reasonably clean.
