Great shop. The owner Kirk, walked me through what my SUV needed in great descriptive detail. Not to mention the prices are very competitive. His son, Brandon also helped in the service and was very helpful. Over all I am extremely pleased with my experience.
In less than 2 years, my transmission was broken again. Kirk claims he used mopar parts but I beg to differ. I asked him, so what's the remedy to get me back on the road? He told me he could not fix my transmission. Because he could not find parts. How about I called the transmission parts store around the corner and I can get the parts with no problem. This guy. is an absolute liar He's gonna always have the cheapest prices. But remember you get what you pay for.
