Went at an off hour with few customers and it took about 15 minutes for my order of a burrito and nachos. When you walk in, you order on the screens instead of talk to a person at the checkout counter. One gentleman waited about 7 minutes to order with a person instead of using the touch screen. Food was fine. They keep changing their chips, so these ones didn't hold up super well with travel and were quite soggy when I got home to eat. This THE BEST location in WNY. Every time we go there it's fast, accurate, and delicious. The prices are outrageous and extremely overpriced, but at least it's hot and fresh lol
Kiosk doesn't work. Waste of time got cut and lost spot in line waited ten extra minutes cause of it
