I'm not happy with the touchless carwash. Left my car still dirty after going through. Tried to cancel my monthly subscription through the app. I am still being charged on my card as "Shell Oil". Clicked on the transaction to find out it is actually Soapy Shell still charging me. I called to tell them I cancelled months ago. Need to be refunded.
Worst automated car wash! Don’t waste your $$$. ( unless your car is clean already!). This was my 2nd time here after already experiencing a bad wash a few years ago, tried again. My mistake. What a waste of $16! Never again. Nope. Not ever. If I could give zero stars or negative ones I would.
Lots of options for washing. Takes CC, tokens and bills at the bays. Has 2 touches drive-thrus too. Basic was will cost about $10 for tire pre-wash, soapy spray, foamy brush and 2 rinses. Your mileage may vary.
