Not a great experience here. I used Mighty Shine in Beckley several times a week with the unlimited fast pass. After getting a brand-new car (only a month old), I took it through the wash and noticed a long scratch down the passenger side. As I got closer, I saw multiple parallel lines, consistent all the way down the side of the car. It was obvious the damage came from the brush that cleans your wheels—which reaches up halfway on the doors, matching exactly where the scratches are.
