Food was good but the thing is they didn’t have some stuff.. they didn’t have chipotle chicken and a type of beer. I felt like they were not well prepared.
Used to be my go to BBQ place but my recent order was horrible. Ribs were extremely tough and chewy. So tough I couldn’t even take a full bite. The brisket was at least edible but dry and grey in the middle. I’m shocked that they sent out an order like this as it was visibly sub par. Disappointed and will be looking for a new go to spot.
My recent visit to Mighty Quinn's BBQ was somewhat underwhelming, falling short of the expectations I had held for this well-regarded spot. One of the primary letdowns was the temperature of the food; it was not served as hot as I would have preferred. If I were to encapsulate my experience in a single term, "lukewarm" would be the most fitting description. The playlist was, let’s just say- loud. It was turned on half way through me ordering my food. Startled me honestly. Vinegar slaw was soggy and pink. Burnt ends were hilariously big, and tasted hard and burnt. Didn't seem double smoked as advertised. Upon sitting at my table, I was meet with a rat dropping next to me on the couch. Staff was friendly.
