The most driest bbq I have ever had in my life. What you are seeing in the photo is not the bone, it is the ribs (if you can call it one!) Brisket was so dry that I thought I’m chewing my finger at some point. Sausage is also dry and taste is not there at all!!! The only good food on my table was the Mac and cheese. That’s it! Next time I’ll rather get a chain burger…
Food was very good. Sweet potato mash was excellent.
The old school mighty quinn is gone. I can't get low and slow pink chicken no more. Everything is too damn dry.
