Update 8/30/25: Dan did a great job fulfilling my request, but the price was absurd. I needed a leaking hose bib replaced, and he arrived around 8am this morning. After quoting me on the job, he had to go to the store to pick up the parts. He was done by 9:15. So a little more than an hour of work + a $60 hose bib part came to a price of…$922?!? I experienced great customer service with Mighty. Their timely repair of our air conditioner and professionalism was much appreciated. Both Austins did a great job explaining how our air conditioner worked, what the issues were and the options available to resolve those issues.
The tech, Scott, was everything a customer could hope for. Knowledgeable and through, great company.
