RecommendedI have always had a great experience when I visit Mighty Pet and I love their dog wash room!
I got my puppy, Mocha in 2018. She went through one training class at Tri City Academy and before each class I brought her to Mighty Pet day camp to help release some energy before class and for the socialization. Second class, I wanted more 1 on 1 and the class size at Mighty Pet is perfect for that! About 5-6 dogs. Great trainers! Got my second dog at 8 months old and he came with some issues. I’ve had the same cashier be rude to me every time I go in the store and have her check me out. Also I had free treats with their new rewards program and the last time I was in they said I could pick them up anytime I visited. Went to get my treats today and they told me they just now found out I could only get the treats last month. In my opinion if they had good customer service they would still honor this. I like to support local businesses but not when the people working there are rude.
We have had a cichlids aquarium for 30+ years. Went in the store to buy 4-6 fish. Our tank is 130 gallons. We have purchased fish here before and other pet supplies. One clerk asked us what size our tank was? Told her. Another clerk came over and asked us if we had a tank already and size. They kind of stood there. No body likes catching chilies, they are so fast. Then the one clerk says if you buy more than 4 fish your warranty is void. Well so much for that. Put the other items I had back and left. We were down there today to get pet food. My granddaughter wants a bearded dragon so we were questioning the lady that was putting supplies away..she totally ignored us after answering one question. Turned her back and had nothing more to say..sad to say the bearded dragon is still cooped up at their store and we left. However that being said it has been the only time we had such an experience as we had today, for the most part the employees are friendly and very helpful..but it just takes one..
