They're Nice when your buying. A nightmare to deal with after. I bought a jeep from them a few months ago. The sales person was very good to deal with and got me a good deal on my jeep. However , when we test drove it we heard a strange noise coming from the shifter. We were told that someone would look at it. The jeep had a perfect inspection and carfaxwith no issues.
