My daughter retired from competitive gymnastics and still wanted a fun way to work out and keep up her strength. We found Mighty Oak through a friend and she loves being able to work out with friends. She’s excited to get ripped!
Mighty Oak is a great place for athletic training! Coach Mike is wonderful with kids, he explains everything, shows how to do exercises and shares his knowledge of all things athletic and strength training and also nutrition. Coach Mike cares about the people who train there, and greets them every time they walk through his door. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You can’t find service, care and training (especially for kids) like this anywhere else.
That is the kids rating of the gym. The kids look forward to working out. The facility is clean. Many kids come in. There are defined regimens that the kids love and look forward to.
Coach Mike and his staff at Mighty Oak Athletic have been amazing for my son. They’ve helped him build strength, but more importantly, they’ve helped build his confidence. The environment is positive and encouraging, and he really looks forward to every session—he’s always asking when he gets to go back! Scheduling is easy and convenient which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Mighty Oak!
Both my sons have really gotten into training at Mighty Oak with Coach Mike. We appreciate his structures approach to strength and character building.
