Mighty Oaks was the one place I found near me that has kids do the consistent, hard work of actual strength training. My son isn’t athletic, but over the past 3 months, we’ve clearly seen him get stronger and improve in his ability to play and participate in other physical activities. It’s been great character training as well — grit, resilience, and constant coaching from Coach Mike!
This place has been a life changer for my kids! A place where the only competition is yourself! Love Coach Mike!!
My daughter retired from competitive gymnastics and still wanted a fun way to work out and keep up her strength. We found Mighty Oak through a friend and she loves being able to work out with friends. She’s excited to get ripped!
