Have been calling non stop for over a week. No answer, no return call. Have been going by during the hours they say they are open and no one is ever there. Very disappointing!! Went today 3/29 and there were several other people outside as who were incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and no response from anyone. Maybe post the hours you're actually open.

Took a couple weeks to get a call or email back about a birthday party. Was told not to worry about anything but the cake. A few parties I went to there had balloons put up and grab bags for the kids but all we got was one small trinket per kid and a coloring page that was the exact same for everybody. The people themselves that hosted were super nice and helpful but I don't feel like it was worth the price. Just my opinion though!
