As a full truckload carrier, it is difficult at times for us to find a reliable company with lift gate service to assist us in unloading pianos that we haul for our customer in California. I have to say that my experience with TJ's was great. They are very friendly, helpful, and they were on time. The shipment was delivered without any incident or issues. If I ever have the opportunity to utilize their services again, I definitely will.

They called to say they were on the way and then didn't show up until two hours later! Called multiple times and left messages, no answer! I will never use them again!

I am astonished to find any negative comments about this company. I have used them 2Xs so far & getting ready to use them again. When one piece of furniture broke during my 1st move they not only repaired it quickly, they even repaired a part that was not damaged by them & made the entire thing look new again.

I called to have some rooms moved into a POD. After scratching the leather couch and messing up another piece of funiture we just decided we would handle the rest ourselves. I was quotes $75 hr plus 35 truck rental fee for first hour. No minimums were quotes. After we let them go after an hour I was charged $250 because that's their minimum. I never got a confirmation call that they were coming and showed up 30 minutes late. You get what you pay for and even if you dont they will still charge you for it. I was referred to this company by my real estate agent. She had used them herself and she told me that she refers all her clients to them and had never had a problem. Before I booked I wanted to check them out, I saw these reviews and I was concerned, however I decided if my real estate agent recommended them to all her clients they have to be doing something right, and the reviews were so OLD. Don't use them they are bad bad bad.... They break things dent and ding things and they have sticky fingers... I have no summer clothes they have lost them or took them and they will not help me to get them back. They tell me they dont have them and it is my problem.. Guess they have a great business they can just take it and you cant do anything about it. I hope I can save everyone from making a mistake as I have by using this company... I've probably moved 10 times in the last 13 years. These were the most incompetent stooges I've ever seen. They scratched my floors, gouged my walls and busted, scratched, or dented every piece of furniture I own. I left to go to lunch while they loaded items in my storage. I was amazed that they were done when I got back. I later found out why when I opened my storage. It looked like they had thrown everything I owned from the back of the truck into the storage.
