A great place to meet moms, get a sweat on and have quality post partum fitness instruction. It’s so refreshing to be asked to come as you are, with your baby, and do whatever you need to do for yourself and for baby. Multiple modifications are offered to meet you on your post partum journey. Classes are fun, challenging and the music is awesome!

The absolute BEST! I love Mighty Mom and their night moves class. Being able to put your kids in bed then go for a great workout with friends/other moms in the area has been truly incredible.
